Sara Shelton and Sarah Robison from Platt College North had the oppourtunity to attend the Edmond Chamber Membership Luncheon featuring speaker, Pete Winemiller, Sr. Vice President of Guest Relations for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Pete emphasized the importance of customer service, and how to "Click" with your guests/students, and co-workers. Winemiller has an amazing presentation and really related to what we do at Platt College with our students. Remember it all starts with an Attitude of Invitation.
